Shipping

Which carriers do you ship with?

USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL — all four major carriers, all under one roof. Bring us your package and we'll compare rates so you get the cheapest option for your timing.

Can I drop off a prepaid label package?

Absolutely. Drop off USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL prepaid packages with us — no waiting in long carrier lines. Just hand it to us and you're done.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide and help you fill out customs forms correctly so your package doesn't get held up. Some destinations and items have restrictions — we'll let you know upfront.

Can you pack fragile or valuable items?

Yes — that's one of our specialties. We have boxes, bubble wrap, foam, peanuts, and packing experience for items from glassware to electronics to artwork. If it's high-value, ask about additional declared value insurance.

How much does shipping cost?

It depends on the carrier, destination, weight, and dimensions. Bring your package in during open hours and we'll compare rates across carriers so you get the best option for your timing and budget.

Mailbox Rentals

How is a private mailbox better than a P.O. Box?

A private mailbox at Mail Stop Plus comes with a real street address (5265 Sunset Lake Road, # — your box number). That means you can receive packages from every carrier — UPS, FedEx, DHL, Amazon — not just USPS. P.O. Boxes can only accept USPS mail.

How much does a mailbox cost?

We offer three sizes, and the prices below are for a 1-month rental:

  • Small — $45 for 1 month ($120 for 3 months, $210 for 6 months, $384 for 12 months — works out to $32/mo on the annual plan)
  • Large — $60 for 1 month ($165 for 3 months, $300 for 6 months, $540 for 12 months — works out to $45/mo on the annual plan)
  • Super — $65 for 1 month ($180 for 3 months, $330 for 6 months, $600 for 12 months — works out to $50/mo on the annual plan)

What do I need to sign up for a mailbox?

Two forms of valid ID (one government-issued photo ID) and the rental fee plus setup and key deposit. We provide the USPS Form 1583 and notarize it for you for free as part of your rental — no need to bring or print it yourself. Stop in or contact us to get started.

Notary, Printing & Other Services

How much is a notary?

$10 per notary. Walk-ins are welcome during open hours.

What do I need to bring for notary service?

A valid government-issued photo ID and your unsigned document. (Don't sign it ahead of time — the notary needs to witness the signing.) If your document needs additional witnesses, please bring them with you.

Do you offer printing and copying?

Yes — black & white and color printing, copies, scans, and fax services. You can email your file in advance or bring it on a USB drive.

How much does shredding cost?

$0.99 per pound. Drop off old tax forms, bank statements, and other sensitive paperwork during open hours and we'll destroy them securely. We weigh on the spot, so you only pay for what you actually drop off.
